With a touch of the help button, the VT4000 Audioaire™ thermostat plays the service company’s custom audio message. Audio playback also guides users and technicians through each step of setup and operation, and makes over-the-phone troubleshooting possible by the service company. Alert conditions scroll across the display screen, and when the report button is touched, audio playback explains the exact condition and how to contact the service company. A separate review screen displays system configuration and elapsed months since filter, service, and IAQ alerts last occurred.
